When signing up to our service your email address and IP address is stored. The email address is used for login and account verification as well as necessary communication with thriXXX (password reset, customer support, product information,…).
Additionally it is optional to add the following information during signup process or in your user profile: sex and sexual orientation. This is used for easing your communication within the community and to be matched with chat and gaming partners.
If you agreed to receive newsletters you will receive frequent emails with information about thriXXX products and products of partner websites. Additionally your email address can be handed over to selected partners, which then also can send product information to you. You can revoke this transfer of your email address any time in your thriXXX user profile.
Your IP address will be used for adapting our service (language settings, regional settings like payment systems) and for securing your account against theft or fraud. Everytime you log in to the members area or run one of our games, your IP address is stored and verified. IP addresses will be deleted after 3 months automatically.
When posting text, images, videos or game content in the community this is also stored and manged on our servers.
If you make any purchases the payment is handled by various third party providers. thriXXX will NOT store any payment information of any kind (e.g. credit card number, account number, postal address, name,…). The processing of this data is completely handled by the according payment system.
thriXXX uses the service "Google Analytics", which is offered by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), for analyzing the website usage by the users. This service uses “cookie” text files, which are stored on your end device. These information collected by the cookies are usually being sent to a Google server located in the USA and being stored there
All thriXXX websites use IP anonymization. This means, that the user IP address is shortened or replaced by an anonymized user ID. Thereby the personal reference of your IP address is inapplicable. Within the scope of the agreement for contract data processing pursuant between thriXXX and Google Inc. the collected information are used for analyzing the website usage and website activity and offering services based on using the sites and services.
For providing customers support staff of the customer services and technical operators need to have access to the stored data, if necessary for processing your request e.g. if you are having technical problems, questions about payments, etc.
For any other access a dedicated agreement of the customer of a particular legal permission is needed.
In regard to §26 of the DPR you can request disclosure about which data about you is stored by thriXXX. This information can be downloaded once a day in your thriXXX user profile for free. For any additional request charges can be incurred by thriXXX.
You can correct/change your data anytime in the members area on https://www.thrixxx.com/settings. If you need additional help, please contact our support.
You can delete any of your stored data anytime by closing your thriXXX account. The deletion will be accomplished within 3 days. Within that timeframe you can cancel your request, in case you deleted your account by accident. After 3 days all of your personal data will be permanently deleted, and your account will be locked/closed. Additionally your email address will be deleted by any thriXXX partner, if it had been transferred upon your approval.
Postings within the community (text, images, videos, game-content) will NOT be deleted. Your account however will be shown as inactive.
After closing your account you can reactivate is anytime with your activation code. By doing so all your game contents and purchases will be restored. Since all personal information (email address, sex, sexual orientation,….) is deleted it cannot be restored. This means, you need to enter this information again after re-activating.
thriXXX has implemented extensive rules and measures to protect your customer data as good as possible. For the systems processing the data detailed concepts have been created to document the data protection, access control and data security.
All stored data is protected by cutting-edge technologies (firewall, passwords, access control,…). Additionally all of our sites are delivered via SSL protocol (https) ensuring that no unauthorized third party can trace any data transfer.
Beyond that all staff members have been trained in regards to data protection and security themes.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object and restrict, data-portability and complaint with a supervisory authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
